Acceptance of Terms of Use

By becoming a client of Lisa Clampitt Matchmaking, you agree to be unequivocally bound by these Membership Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement (collectively, the "Agreement").

We reserve the right to update this Agreement as necessary due to changes in applicable laws, business practices, or the introduction of new services. If any changes materially affect your rights or obligations under this Agreement, we will notify you using reasonable methods, such as email.

Eligibility

To become a client of Lisa Clampitt Matchmaking and access our services, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be legally single (or separated from your spouse).
• Be seeking a sincere, committed relationship.
• Affirm that you do not have a criminal history or, in the event that you do, you disclose this information to us. Upon disclosure, we will assess whether your history precludes consideration for matchmaking services.
• You confirm that you are portraying yourself truthfully and with integrity in all communications and interactions with us
• You agree to provide constructive feedback regarding any dates or matches facilitated by Lisa Clampitt Matchmaking or our partner matchmakers within 24 hours.

By using our services, you confirm and agree that:

• All information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You will not act in a manner that could harm the reputation of Lisa Clampitt Matchmaking, its staff, or its clients.
• You will not disclose confidential information or make defamatory statements about Lisa Clampitt Matchmaking or its clients.
• You will treat all clients and staff with respect and refrain from any abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior.
• You will not impersonate another person or use our services for commercial purposes.

Violations of these terms may result in the immediate termination of your membership and the removal of your information from our records.

Services

You agree to:

• Respond to communications from Lisa Clampitt Matchmaking promptly (within 7 days).
• Notify us of any changes to your relationship, financial, or professional status.
• Provide honest feedback about your dating experiences, which will help us improve our services.

You may terminate your membership at any time by contacting Lisa Clampitt Matchmaking.

Limitation of Liability

Lisa Clampitt Matchmaking relies on the accuracy and integrity of the information provided by its clients. We do not conduct background checks beyond routine public information verification.

You acknowledge that:

• Lisa Clampitt Matchmaking cannot guarantee the outcome of introductions or the success of resulting relationships.
• You are responsible for exercising caution in interactions with other clients, including meeting in public places and refraining from sharing sensitive information, such as financial details.
• Lisa Clampitt Matchmaking is not responsible for disputes, behavior, or actions of other clients.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lisa Clampitt Matchmaking and its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or breach of this Agreement.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

Lisa Clampitt Matchmaking takes your privacy seriously. We will securely store and process your personal information to provide matchmaking services, communicate with you, and fulfill statutory and marketing requirements.

You agree to:

• Keep confidential any information about other clients or services provided by Lisa Clampitt Matchmaking.

Clients who violate confidentiality obligations may have their membership terminated and be subject to legal action.

General

Lisa Clampitt Matchmaking retains all copyright, trademark, and intellectual property rights in any materials or content provided as part of our services. You may not copy, distribute, or publicly share such materials except for personal, non-commercial use. Lisa Clampitt Matchmaking reserves the right to pursue any necessary legal action to prevent or address the infringement of these rights.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New York.
